They were prompt, courteous and when it took an extra long time to make my key, due to other customers coming in needing assistance, they knocked a nice portion off my bill. I was thrilled! I also liked the fact that they stopped to help customers whose needs could be filled faster than mine, thus keeping people from waiting a long time.
